Refund policy

Golden on Garden currently offers store credit only for returns. We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have up to 10 days after your item is delivered to request a return for store credit or exchange. 

***For all in person purchases we accept exchanges only. You have up to 5 days from the purchase date to request an exchange.***

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Unworn, unused, with no damages or stains of any type, and the original tags must still be attached. (This also includes any spare buttons or etc. that were attached to the label or tag). *This applies to in person purchases as well.*

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will not be sent back to you unless shipping costs are paid to do so.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us no later than 2 days after receiving the item regarding if it is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. *This applies to in person purchases as well.*

Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned such as bodysuits, bathing suits, all accessories, special/custom orders, personalized items, or any items purchased from our websites *SALE*/*ALL SALE*/FINAL SALE/LAST CHANCE/LAST ONE’S/LAST ONE’S (SUPER DISCOUNTED) sections and or purchased during a SALE or GIVEAWAY promotion. This applies to in person sale promotions as well. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item. In addition, we cannot accept returns on gift cards purchased or purchases made using a gift card. Also we cannot accept returns on purchases that were made using a store credit. 

Exchanges
The best way to ensure you get a product you want before it sells out is to first initiate the return of the item you originally purchased and once the return is accepted, place a new order.
